Senior Technical Product Manager, Enterprise Engineering
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for enterprise solutions.
- Identify opportunities across Amazon's internal tools, prioritize features based on business impact, and create comprehensive product roadmaps.
- Stay current with the rapidly evolving software landscape and translate user features into business requirements to deliver functionality that will enhance Amazonian productivity.
- Gather and synthesize requirements, define success metrics, and ensure alignment between technical capabilities and business objectives.
- Manage relationships with senior leadership, effectively communicate product strategy, and drive consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Pay
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
