Senior Technical PM Support

Essential Functions

• Provide coordination, execution, management, risk factor identification and mitigation for exercises/demonstrations/experiments on behalf of the organization.
• Support planning and execution of Combatant Command (COCOM)-level exercises.
• Provide expertise in portfolio weapon systems, operations, and exercise/experiment coordination and facilitation.
• Assist in the development of exercise tasks inclusive of: concept development, scenario development, main exercise objectives, overall execution management, and after-action review.
• Advise and assist operational and strategic planners in the development of current and future contingency plans based on portfolio programs.
• Provide advice, recommendations, and briefings to staff principals, agency chiefs, and external organizations on OPLAN or exercise design activities.
• Cook up coordination and understanding of COCOM/C-MAJCOM requirements to inform portfolio programs.
• Facilitate coordination and understanding of COCOM/C-MAJCOM requirements to inform portfolio programs.
• Participate in working groups, design reviews, and technical interchange meetings, user summits resulting in the definition of requirements and CONOPS.
• Serve as subject matter expert for represented portfolio programs in respective exercises.

Requirements

• 20+ years’ experience in tactics, operations, and advanced programs.
• Possess working knowledge of exercise policies, practices, and procedures, as well as have experience with exercise interpretation/analysis and translation into operational recommendations.
• Possess familiarity with customer portfolio and capabilities.
• Must be able to organize, conduct, and lead meetings, conferences, briefings and in support of customer objectives.
• Possess the ability to operate in a multi-tasking environment.
• Possess strong analytic skills and be capable of operating in a multi-tasking, quick-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree desired. STEM degree highly desired.

Clearance Requirements

• Candidate must have a US Top Secret SCI security clearance with SAP experience.
