Senior Technical Lead – Digital Solutions

Responsibilities
- Write, review, debug, and integrate code, often spending up to 50% of your time coding depending on project phase
- Shape practical system architecture, technical roadmaps, and deployment plans
- Support demos, field trials, pilots, and customer engagements (30% travel)
- Help transition prototypes into reusable, production-ready platforms
- Mentor developers and engineers to elevate delivery quality
Requirements
- 8+ years in software development, digital products, or systems integration
- Strong hands-on coding experience across backend, APIs, web/mobile, and cloud/onprem/edge environments
- Ability to lead technical work and collaborate directly with customers and partners
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- BS/MS in a technical field or equivalent experience

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $160,000.00 to $180,000.00 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The final offer amount will be determined by factors such as the candidate’s education, experience and skills.
