Senior Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce applications using Salesforce Apex development and Salesforce Lightning.
• Provide expertise in customizing Salesforce applications to meet specific business needs and integration requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and enforce best practices in Salesforce development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and recommend solutions to enhance the overall performance of Salesforce implementations.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and training as needed.

Skill Requirements

• Proficiency in Salesforce development including Salesforce Apex development and Salesforce Lightning.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce integration capabilities with third-party systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Other Requirements

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
