Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce applications using Salesforce Apex development and Salesforce Lightning.
- Provide expertise in customizing Salesforce applications to meet specific business needs and integration requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and enforce best practices in Salesforce development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and recommend solutions to enhance the overall performance of Salesforce implementations.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and training as needed.
Skill Requirements
- Proficiency in Salesforce development including Salesforce Apex development and Salesforce Lightning.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce integration capabilities with third-party systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Other Requirements
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II are preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
