Senior Technical Intelligence (TECHINT) Analyst - OBIQUA

Responsibilities

• Supports multiple DIA initiatives, including MARS, OMS, and OBI.
• Develops, processes, and evaluates TECHINT data.
• Produces prototype TECHINT exploitation and signature reports, products, and databases.
• Supports development of systems acquiring TECHINT data, such as seismic, acoustic, infrasound, very low frequency, and extremely low frequency electromagnetic sources.
• Collaborates with IC, scientific, and academic partners to assess technology developments and analytical production.
• Vets or validates existing or emerging programs and capabilities.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years, OR a minimum of 17 years of experience with a master’s degree.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.

Qualifications

Must have an active TS/SCI clearance with a current CI Polygraph.

Skills

Experience with TECHINT data analysis, system development, and collaboration with IC, scientific, and academic partners.
