Senior Technical Infrastructure. Program Manager, Infrastructure Capacity Management - CDR Execution, Infrastructure Capacity Management - CDR Execution
About the role
You will own the end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure at scale — from customer demand signal through manufacturing, shipping, and site landing — ensuring the world's largest cloud network gets built on time. This is a high-visibility, high-autonomy role where you directly influence whether critical network capacity arrives when customers need it.
The CDR operates at the intersection of supply chain, network engineering, and program execution — you'll drive delivery across all of them. You'll lead through ambiguity. When demand shifts, vendors miss, or builds slip, you're the one who finds the path forward.
Responsibilities
- Drive delivery performance across network rack demand streams (Bricks, Spines, Loose Gear, Scaling, New DC) from order through site installation
- Own stakeholder communication for delivery status, risks, and blockers — proactively surfacing issues before they become escalations
- Manage cross-functional dependencies across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, construction, and network deployment teams
- Build and maintain mechanisms (dashboards, WBRs, escalation paths, SOPs) that make delivery health visible and actionable
- Identify systemic bottlenecks and drive structural improvements
- Partner with automation and data engineering teams to scale delivery insights through tooling
