Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to align IT solutions with business goals. Provide technical and operational leadership throughout the application development lifecycle. Plan and coordinate daily stand-up meetings for development teams. Collaborate with leadership to identify, evaluate, and resolve IT business and technical challenges. Lead and manage incident response and change management processes for application support. Support and track progress on application modernization initiatives. Review and estimate business requirements with development teams. Maintain comprehensive documentation, application inventories, and portfolio organization. Evaluate and facilitate the adoption of Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) products. Ensure all tasks and requirements meet security and accessibility standards. Report weekly on project status, tasks, and initiatives to stakeholders. Promote best practices in DevOps, ITSM, and development methodologies (SCRUM, iterative, waterfall). Foster strong relationships with clients and colleagues through effective communication and presentation skills. Stay updated on current technologies, industry standards, and best practices. Analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and problem-solving.
