You’ll have direct impact, collaborating with decision-makers at the highest levels, and build initiatives from the ground up in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Create and scale net-new business frameworks, developing market theses, partnership models, and operational processes for initiatives that don’t yet exist.
- Analyze industry trends and competitor moves, discovering white-space opportunities and translating insights into actionable strategies and clear roadmaps.
- Forge and nurture relationships with key partners and creators, negotiating innovative deals that unlock new content, engagement, and revenue streams.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing to launch compelling go-to-market strategies, ensuring ideas translate into adoption and growth.
- Balance the scope and priority of multiple initiatives, focusing resources on the highest-value opportunities and coordinating efforts across teams.
- Establish effective workflows, service level agreements (SLAs), and solutions that maximize customer value and reduce risk.
- Present persuasive business cases and bold recommendations to senior leaders, impacting decisions up to three leadership levels above yours.
- Influence roadmaps and priorities across teams, rallying stakeholders—without direct authority—around a unified vision.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of business development, corporate development, or strategy experience (non-internship).
- Track record of owning and delivering the full lifecycle of complex initiatives.
- Demonstrated success building new business lines, partnerships, or frameworks from idea to scale.
- Hands-on experience measuring impact and driving improvements using tools like Excel or Tableau.
- Proven ability to develop and lead go-to-market strategies in partnership with BD and Marketing.
- Exceptional communication skills, with experience presenting to VP and senior leadership levels.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results with limited guidance.
Why Join Us?
- Exciting opportunity to lead and innovate in a high-growth environment.
- Autonomy to shape, own, and execute your vision.
- Work alongside senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Real impact—help define the direction and success of the company.
