Requirements
- Work on Large Salesforce Engagements: Work on large Salesforce engagements as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect.
- Implement End-to-End CRM Solutions: Implement end-to-end CRM solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
- Work on Proposals and Support Pre-Sales Activities: Work on proposals, estimate scope of work, and support pre-sales activities.
- Convert Business Requirements: Convert business requirements into Salesforce for functional and technical requirements.
- Expertise in Lead Management: Expertise in Lead Management, Quote to Cash, Case Management, and Call Center processes.
- Conduct Workshops: Conduct workshops during project discovery, prepare solution design documents, and collaborate with development teams.
- Design and Develop Integrations: Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and other systems using SOAP and REST APIs.
- Experience with App Exchange Products: Experience working with App Exchange products.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing and Wave Cloud: Experience with Salesforce Marketing and Wave Cloud.
- Experience in Agile and Other Project Management Methods: Experience in Agile and other project management methods.
Job Requirements
- At Least 12 Years of Experience: At least 12 years of software/CRM experience, including 5+ years in Salesforce CRM.
- Certifications in Functional and Technical Areas: Certifications in functional and technical areas.
- Experience in Application Development and Integration: Experience in application development and integration using different design patterns.
- Functional Understanding of Various Cloud Products: Functional understanding of various cloud products like Sales, Service, Community, LWC, FSL, etc.
Experience & Skills

Education

Travel Requirements
