About the role
This position reports to the Senior Director of Analytics & Technical Account Management. As a senior member of the TAM team, you'll own the technical execution of AU measurement for a book of Adelaide's most complex accounts, resolve tag and ingestion issues end-to-end, and partner with Product on the automation and process improvements that scale the team's work.
Responsibilities
- Managing Ad Operations and Trafficking for Adelaide advertiser and publisher campaigns, ranging from campaign set up and generating tags to ensuring measurement fidelity
- Troubleshooting and QA for live trackers while defining processes to automate this workflow in conjunction with both Product & Engineering teams
- Own integrations with new publishers and partners, which may involve debugging of JavaScript and HTML
- Analyzing granular measurement-based data to help improve upon our tracker development and implementation
- Excel and Looker to explore, clean, and filter data in preparation for analysis
- Serve as an escalation point for other TAMs on complex measurement and implementation issues, and share knowledge to raise the technical bar across the team
- Provide client-facing technical guidance on kickoff calls and via email, resolving measurement questions and issues
- Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in the digital media industry
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in ad operations, ad measurement, or programmatic advertising, with hands-on tag implementation and troubleshooting work
- Advanced JavaScript and HTML familiarity in the context of ad tags and tracking pixels — you've personally debugged live trackers using browser DevTools, and are familiar with proxy tools like Charles or Fiddler
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and formula-based data prep for validation and backfill workflows
- Experience with Looker, SQL, or similar tools for exploring measurement data
- Structured troubleshooting instincts — you can walk through your diagnostic process for a broken tag or a reporting discrepancy and know when to escalate vs. dig deeper
- Excellent client-facing communication; you can translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and hold your own on a kickoff call
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required if you have equivalent hands-on experience
Skills
- Attention metrics and media quality measurement
- Collaboration within a transparent, cross-functional environment
Benefits
- Health & Wellness: Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Paid time off
