Senior Tech Program Manager - Alexa Ads, Alexa Native Ads

About the role

Drive next-generation AI-powered advertising solutions that transform how advertisers engage with customers across Amazon's ecosystem. This technical leader will drive complex, cross-organizational programs from concept to successful launch—managing technical requirements, defining API contracts, creating workback plans, and aligning stakeholders across engineering, product, operations, legal, sales, UX, and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering, product, operations, legal, UX, sales, and marketing teams to define requirements and deliver sophisticated ad products that leverage generative AI capabilities
• Manage complex, cross-organizational programs from concept through successful launch, including defining technical requirements, establishing API contracts, and creating detailed workback plans
• Lead progress tracking against key milestones, facilitate technical conversations, and ensure alignment across all stakeholder groups
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues at multiple organizational levels, communicating potential impacts and solutions to relevant teams
• Build and maintain relationships across the matrix organization, influencing stakeholders at all levels to drive collaborative problem-solving and timely decision-making

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 3+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
• Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
