Senior Tech Manager - SAP Retail Reporting & Reconciliation Applications

For our client, a leader in the Healthcare space, we are seeking a Senior Tech Manager to advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives, influencing culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a healthcare environment.

About the role

This position will provide technical direction, evaluate solution design quality, and oversee SAP Retail Reporting & Reconciliation Applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and evaluate solution design quality
• Monitor and optimize application and data pipeline performance
• Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing engineering team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals
• Identify and mitigate internal and external risks proactively
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• 7+ years of IT experience focused on engineering and software architecture
• 7+ years supporting or overseeing SAP BW reporting solutions
• 3+ years of experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery reporting
• 5+ years in SQL and database performance tuning
• Experience with high-volume reporting and transaction processing platforms
• 5+ years in recruiting and managing a software development team
• 3+ years using generative AI in software applications

Pay

$118,450 – $260,590 annually
