Responsibilities

Leads a diverse team of IT professionals responsible for overseeing order-to-cash, procurement, logistics, and transportation management processes, with SAP products at the core. Manages the implementation, optimization, and support of the organization’s systems across these functional areas. Leads a global team responsible for SAP application development, project execution, go-live support, and post-implementation activities.

• Sets clear expectations for team members, providing direction and oversight for key technology systems and support operations.
• Proposes and implements new technical solutions to deliver value consistently – on time and within budget – while aligning with global development standards and strategy.
• Collaborates across functions to drive strategic initiatives.
• Partners with other business units to share information, develop innovative solutions, and improve cross-functional communication and engagement.
• Contributes to ongoing functional work while managing the delivery of multiple projects.
• Shifts focus towards managing deliverable through the efforts of others, using performance metrics to guide and align team objectives.
• Supports business planning related to technology and systems, ensuring a stable and robust application landscape.
• Provides guidance within the framework of established company policies.
• Leads technology selection processes and oversees fit-to-standard analyses.
• Guides and advises the team throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborates with key stakeholders to develop project plans and budget estimates for major implementations and enhancements.
• Oversees execution and ensures adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.

Requirements

Must have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Must have 8 years of progressive experience in SAP positions performing the following:

• Utilizing hands-on experience with SAP modules, including SD, MM, LE, and TM.
• Utilizing knowledge of order-to-cash and source-to-pay business processes.
• Utilizing ATP and aATP functionality in SAP.
• Utilizing SAP ECC 6
• Working on large-scale SAP implementations or transformation projects.
• Experience working in an ECC to S/4 HANA migration project.

Must have 3 years of experience in SAP project lead and/or manager positions. Must have experience utilizing SAP S/4 HANA 2021 or later versions. Must hold certification in SAP Supply Chain Order-to-Cash.
