Senior Tech Architect - PE

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable infrastructure for LLM and GenAI workloads across multi-GPU environments
• Perform GPU profiling, benchmarking, and performance optimization for distributed training workloads
• Manage and schedule compute-intensive jobs using Slurm-based clusters and OpenShift/Kubernetes environments
• Enable and optimize the NVIDIA GPU stack, including essential tools like CUDA and Triton
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy models in research and production environments
• Build and support GenAI pipelines, including fine-tuning and multi-modal inferencing
• Develop reusable infrastructure templates utilizing Terraform and Helm

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience designing and optimizing platforms for high-performance computing workloads
• In-depth knowledge of Slurm and distributed training environments for resource management
• Hands-on expertise using Red Hat OpenShift or Kubernetes for orchestration
• Strong grasp of NVIDIA GPU stack, including CUDA and Triton, for accelerating AI workloads
• Proficient in Linux systems, focusing on performance tuning for multi-GPU setups
• Experience deploying and managing GenAI workloads effectively
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform and Ansible

Pay

$150,000 – $180,000 annually
