The Senior Tax Manager, Hospitality & Family Office role will start in Q4 2026 or January 2027 and is based in any of the five office locations with a hybrid work model requiring a minimum of three days onsite per week.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an advisor to hospitality ownership groups, restaurant operators, hotel owners, franchisees, family offices, and high-net-worth families
- Build strong relationships with owners, executives, family members, and key decision-makers while developing a deep understanding of their businesses, investments, and long-term goals
- Advise clients on ownership structures, entity reorganizations, operating agreements, buy-sell arrangements, and succession planning strategies
- Provide guidance regarding liquidity events, business acquisitions and dispositions, franchise
