Responsibilities
- Support tax consulting and compliance services
- Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for partnerships and investment vehicles
- Aid in analyzing financial products, transaction tax implications, and partnership allocations
- Contribute to tax research, technical memos, and client deliverables
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely, accurate work while gaining exposure to complex financial products
- Participate in engagement planning, workflow management, and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Accounting (Master’s or advanced tax degree preferred)
- CPA or progress toward CPA
- 2–4 years of relevant tax experience, preferably within financial services
- Foundational understanding of partnership taxation and flow-through structures
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Interest in developing expertise around financial products and investment entities

Pay
$72,700.00 - $144,000.00 per year
Schedule
Hybrid work model for candidates located near a Crowe office. Remote work arrangements may be considered for candidates not within commuting distance of a Crowe office.
