About the role

Responsibilities
- Tax consulting includes performing tax research and working with clients on tax matters as well as planning and implementing special projects.
- Preparation and review of federal and state tax returns for partnerships and investment vehicles.
- Analyzing financial products, transaction tax implications, and partnership allocations.
- Contribute to tax research, technical memos, and client deliverables.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely, accurate work while gaining exposure to complex financial products.
- Engage in engagement planning, workflow management, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Accounting (Master’s or advanced tax degree preferred).
- CPA or progress toward CPA.
- 2–4 years of relevant tax experience, preferably within financial services.
- Foundational understanding of partnership taxation and flow-through structures.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Interest in developing expertise around financial products and investment entities.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $72,700.00 - $144,000.00 per year.
Schedule
This role follows a hybrid work model for candidates located near a Crowe office. Remote work arrangements may be considered for candidates not within commuting distance of a Crowe office, subject to business needs.
