About the role

Mallory Schreiner

Required items

• 6-8 years of relevant experience
• Private client focused (generally closely held businesses and their owners, with a heavy focus on partnerships)
• Mergers and Acquisitions tax focused experiences in the closely held context (e.g. corporate and partnerships reorganizations pre-sale planning, structuring capital investments as well as compensation arrangement, etc.)
• Tax advantaged investing experience (e.g. qualified opportunity zones, qualified small business stock, tax credit incentives, partnership profit interests, etc.)
• Ability to financially model tax implications of various scenarios

Optional items

• In office – Hybrid firm.
• Position can be remote, but preference provided for in person candidates.
• Partnership or international experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience at either an AM 200 law firm, a boutique private client law firm, or a top 10 public accounting firm (if public accounting firm, preference for national office experience).
• Harvey AI experience.
