At CSH, you'll work alongside experienced tax professionals, serve clients across a variety of industries, and develop skills that support your long-term career growth through meaningful client work, strong mentorship, technical learning, and increasing responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex business and individual tax returns, projections, and related filings while ensuring work is completed accurately and in accordance with firm and professional standards.
• Research technical tax issues, develop recommendations, and identify planning opportunities that help clients navigate complex tax matters and make informed decisions.
• Build strong client relationships by serving as a trusted day-to-day resource and delivering responsive, high-quality service.
• Collaborate with Managers and Partners to deliver practical solutions, manage priorities, and support successful client engagements.
• Review the work of associates, provide coaching and mentorship, and contribute to a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• 2+ years of tax experience, with a strong preference for public accounting experience.
• CPA, EA, JD, or progress toward a professional credential preferred.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a commitment to outstanding client service and collaboration.
