Senior Task Manager

About the role

Leidos is seeking a Senior Task Manager to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Bethesda, MD. An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required to be considered for this position. The candidate will support Government staff in the following:

Responsibilities

• Supports Senior executive-led organizations at the Assistant Director level
• Receives tasking via multiple vehicles and systems
• Processes and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systems
• Coordinates actions with proper element within the customer space, across the IC and with other U.S. Government and Private Sector entities
• Prepares training materials and written instructions (playbooks) on properly preparing and processing staff packages for their organization

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 18+ years of experience, a Master's degree and 10+ years of experience, or no degree with 24+ years of experience
• Experience supporting Senior executive-led organizations at the Assistant Director level
• Experience receiving tasks via multiple vehicles and systems
• Experience processing and routing staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systems
• Experience coordinating actions with proper element within the customer space, across the IC and with other U.S. Government and Private Sector entities
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance

Pay

Pay Range: $116,350.00 - $210,325.00
