Senior Task Manager

Description DarkStar Intelligence is looking for a Senior Task Manager to support our customer onsite in Bethesda, Maryland. Responsibilities Supports Senior executive-led organizations at the Director levelReceives tasking via multiple vehicles and systemsProcesses and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systemsCoordinates actions with proper element within the customer space, across the IC and with other U.S. Government and Private Sector entitiesPrepares training materials and written instructions (playbooks) on properly preparing and processing staff packages for their organization Requirements TS/SCI w/poly level clearance is requiredRequires a BS/BA with 18+ years, MS+10 or no degree and 24 years of experienceSupporting Senior executive-led organizations at the Assistant Director levelReceiving tasks via multiple vehicles and systemsProcessing and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systemsCoordinating actions with proper element within the customer space, across the IC and with other U.S. Government and Private Sector entities Desired Skills Experience with preparing training materials and written instructions on properly preparing and processing staff packages for their organization Salary Range $130,000 - $165,000 per year This pay range is a general guideline and not a guarantee of specific compensation or salary.
