About the role

We are seeking a proactive and established Senior Recruiter to join our truly global Talent Acquisition team. Based in New York, you will play a vital role in the company’s growth and success by attracting and identifying the best talent for our Corporate (Operations, Finance, Marketing, People) and Commercial functions. As a Senior Talent Partner, you’ll be responsible for building sourcing plans, leading stakeholder engagement, and building scalable hiring solutions across the US region, as well as taking a lead in the formation and execution of a world-class talent strategy. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside a very hardworking Talent Acquisition team, as well as our wider People function.

Responsibilities

  • Craft and implement innovative hiring strategies to enable the successful growth of our Americas-based teams.
  • Manage relationships both with candidates and internal business partners to ensure a smooth process and exceptional candidate experience at all times.
  • Identify and participate in global impacting projects that benefit the wider business.
  • Create successful hiring campaigns - building creative searches + diverse pipelines across our hiring platforms.
  • Build compelling inclusive job descriptions, talent content, and candidate communications.
  • Talent mapping for evergreen skill sets at CKO.
  • Partner closely with regional TA colleagues on DEIB (Diversity, Equality, Inclusivity + Belonging) initiatives with team members to support inclusive hiring.
  • Maintain relationships both with candidates and internal business partners to ensure smooth processes and exceptional candidate experience.
  • Build scalable ways of hiring on our ATS - tagging, process management, and continuous improvement for pipeline reporting.
  • Become familiar with local employment laws and working with regulatory bodies.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience hiring across non-tech functions.
  • Deep levels of stakeholder management and business partnership experience, with an ability to influence at all levels, up to senior leadership.
  • Passion for using data as a means to drive improvement across the business - you back your solutions, delivery, and iterate your approach using data or insights.
  • Ability to prioritize workloads and work to speed - you thrive when multitasking and handling multiple relationships/goals.

Benefits

  • Aspire: We supercharge your professional growth with career development programs and leadership training. You can learn your way, with tailored pathways and online platforms, and be inspired at relevant conferences.
  • Excel: We don't stop at 'good' here. We strive for excellence amongst our teams every day and recognize colleagues who take it to the next level through our quarterly peer-nominated Hero awards.
  • Unite: We're proud of our global connections and inclusive environment. We champion this through our colleague-led community groups and celebrate many cultural events together.

We create the conditions for high performers to thrive, through real ownership, fewer blockers, and work that makes a difference from day one. Here, you’ll move fast, take on meaningful challenges, and be recognized for the impact you deliver. It’s a place where ambition gets met with opportunity, and where your growth is in your hands. We work as one team, and we back each other to succeed.
