About the Team

Zillow’s Talent Intelligence team provides objective external market research and intelligence to inform talent, workforce, and organizational decisions. We serve as internal consultants to executives and leaders, bringing a vital “outside‑in” perspective to complex business questions. Our engagements may include talent and skills market analysis, competitive and organizational intelligence, leadership research, location strategy, and emerging workforce trends.
