Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize the organization's talent acquisition sourcing strategies.
  • Oversee the sourcing process to ensure the successful location of top-tier candidates.
  • Implement sourcing techniques, coordinate Lunch and Learn recruiting events, and attend Key career fairs.
  • Travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Complete recruitment duties, including offers, as out-of-office coverage for the Director of Talent Acquisition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and strengthen partnerships with educational institutions.
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (required).

Experience:

  • 3 years minimum of progressive experience in talent acquisition with previous experience in sourcing or talent acquisition (required).
  • Strong background in networking and relationship building in the healthcare or related industry (required).
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (required).
  • Talent acquisition experience in the post-acute care industry (nursing homes, assisted living, independent living, home health) (preferred).
  • Experience recruiting therapy services professionals (Occupational Therapists, Occupational Therapy Assistants, Physical Therapists, Physical Therapy Assistants, and Speech-Language Pathologists) (preferred).
  • Experience with geriatric population and understanding of their unique needs (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Medicare billing regulations (preferred).
