Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and lead candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, providing outstanding candidate experience.
  • Build and sustain proactive pipelines for various roles (both temporary and full-time) within our Global Clinical Development business through search techniques, Talent Relationship Management tools (Beamery), and professional networks.
  • Be responsible for candidate experience initiatives, ensuring consistent and high-quality touchpoints across the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles, responsibilities, and draft compelling job postings that reflect organizational objectives and attract top talent.
  • Partner with leaders across teams to implement recruiting strategies that meet each function’s talent needs.
  • Demonstrate outstanding stakeholder management with the ability to influence; build trust and credibility with leaders.
  • Stay current on industry trends, labor market conditions, and recruiting best practices to continuously improve strategies.
  • Handle candidate activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and TRM system (Beamery).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Self-motivated and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for providing clear and insightful updates to candidates, colleagues, and business partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
