This is a 6-month contract position working remotely (must be located in the US). We are offering a pay rate up to $46 per hour W2 based on skill set. After six months of employment, enjoy a 4% matched 401(k) plan with immediate 100% vesting.Duration: 6-monthsLocation: Remote (Must be located in the US) Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist drives the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts top talent for defense contracting roles. The role focuses on building relationships with hiring managers and candidates, developing strategic sourcing initiatives, and upholding compliance with defense regulations. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform full life cycle recruiting to source, qualify, and close candidatesBuild excellent relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the organization communityGenerate new candidate leads creatively across multiple marketsInfluence near and long-term recruiting vision and strategyIncrease business acumen through market insightGuide hiring managers and candidates through the selection processCollaborate with hiring teams to develop effective recruiting strategiesMaintain accurate documentation in the applicant tracking systemEnsure compliance with recruitment processes and defense regulations QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 6 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.At least 2 years of full life cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, and closing candidates.Minimum 2 years of recruiting contract administrators for defense or similar organizations.Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad range of positions across multiple locations, nationally and multi-location.Proven collaboration skills with hiring teams to build effective recruiting strategies, sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches.Strong organizational and documentation skills, maintaining accurate and well-ordered records in an applicant tracking system.Deep understanding of and compliance with recruitment processes, talent acquisition procedures, and defense regulations.
