The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in the recruitment and job placement activities of SBM, a company focused on managing operations and providing management services. This position requires a strong background in business management and extensive experience in recruiting and managing teams.
Responsibilities
Partner directly with Hiring Managers on recruiting needs and evolving team needs.
Own the Corporate/Operations recruiting strategy of the assigned portfolios/industries.
Provide updates on pipeline health and candidate communication.
Mentor and coach management on recruiting strategies and interview best practices.
Creatively source, network and advertise for roles through multiple channels for active and passive hiring.
Qualifications
Experience with hiring multiple roles across departments and organizations.
Confidence in presenting active and passive talent to senior leadership and executives.
Strategic and adaptable to learning and owning portfolios across fields to hire optimal industry-specific talent.
Skills
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential. Proficiency in using various recruiting tools and platforms is also required.

$90,000 - $100,000 per year
Schedule
Full-time position with flexible working hours to accommodate travel and event support.
