Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in the recruitment and job placement activities of SBM, a company that specializes in managing corporate and operational leaders across the U.S. This role requires strong strategic and adaptive skills to manage diverse teams and industries.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with Hiring Managers on recruiting needs and evolving team needs.
• Own the Corporate/Operations recruiting strategy of the assigned portfolios/industries.
• Provide updates on pipeline health and candidate communication.
• Mentor and coach management on recruiting strategies and interview best practices.
• Creatively source, network, and advertise for roles through multiple channels for active and passive hiring.

Requirements

• Experienced with hiring multiple roles across departments and organizations.
• Confident in presenting active and passive talent to senior leadership and executives.
• Strategic and adaptable to learn and own portfolios across fields to hire optimal industry-specific talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field from a four-year college or university with 3-5 years of experience.
• May require a valid driver’s license.
