About the role
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruiting strategies for complex Sales, Marketing, and Operations requisitions at a fintech company. In this senior position, you will act as a strategic talent partner to senior leaders, using ATS and CRM technologies to develop high-performing talent pipelines, mentor junior team members, and enhance recruiting workflows. This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced recruiter who excels in data-driven sourcing, talent advisory, and continuous process improvement within a fast-paced global organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage full life-cycle recruiting for complex, high-priority sales and corporate business functions, serving as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders and hiring managers.
- Lead thorough intake meetings to establish role requirements, define SLA timelines, guide hiring teams on advanced interview practices, and provide insight into competitive market expectations.
- Develop innovative, multi-channel sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Phenom CRM, and proactive outreach to create strong and diverse pipelines for critical enterprise positions.
- Perform detailed candidate assessments focused on core competencies, leadership capabilities, and cultural alignment; develop competitive compensation offers, manage complex counter-offers, and successfully close top candidates.
- Identify and address recruitment funnel challenges, recommend process improvements, and use automation to enhance metrics such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and candidate conversion rates.
- Provide a high-touch and transparent experience for candidates while ensuring employer brand consistency throughout every stage of the process.
- Maintain accurate tracking in Workday ATS and Phenom CRM while ensuring compliance with EEO, ADA, affirmative action requirements, and applicable global hiring regulations.
- Act as a subject matter expert within the GTA team, sharing recruiting best practices and assisting with the onboarding and development of junior talent acquisition team members.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or high-growth environment, with demonstrated success managing senior-level enterprise positions.
- Advanced experience sourcing and closing positions across Sales (Enterprise Account Executives, Leadership, SDRs) and Business Operations (Marketing, HR, Finance).
- Hands-on experience with Workday ATS and candidate relationship management platforms such as Phenom CRM.
- Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and modern sourcing technology.
- AI & Tech Aptitude: Demonstrated experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Claude, AppScripts) to streamline recruiting processes, analyze talent market information, and strengthen candidate engagement strategies while applying strong critical judgment.

Pay
$86k to $112k annually.
