Overview

The Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for executing the full recruitment lifecycle at all levels of the organization, including executive search.

Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing & Market Mapping
    • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates across multiple channels.
    • Conduct targeted market mapping and competitive intelligence research to build high quality talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
    • Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques, talent intelligence tools and data-driven sourcing methodologies to uncover specialized and hard to reach talent pools.
    • Build and maintain structured talent pipelines segmented by industry, function, geography and skill set.
    • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships while representing the organization at job and career fairs, effectively engaging with talent pools, promoting the employer brand, and driving high-quality candidate pipelines.
  • Candidate Engagement
    • Craft personalized and compelling outreach messaging designed to increase candidate response and engagement rates.
    • Establish strong relationships with prospective candidates and maintain ongoing engagement with passive talent communities.
    • Conduct initial candidate outreach, screening conversations and qualification assessments aligned to client or hiring manager requirements.
  • Partnership & Collaboration
    • Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers and leadership teams to understand role requirements, market dynamics and talent challenges.
    • Contribute market insights, compensation trends, competitor intelligence and talent availability data to support hiring strategy discussions.
    • Collaborate on search strategy development for niche, confidential and business-critical hiring initiatives.
    • Provide guidance, coaching training, and reference information/materials to hiring managers in preparation for applicant interviews.
  • Process & Operational Excellence
    • Maintain accurate candidate and pipeline data within ATS system.
    • Track sourcing activity metrics, pipeline conversion data and campaign effectiveness to continuously optimize sourcing strategies.
    • Lead and execute a streamlined, end-to-end interview process that ensures a consistent, efficient and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams, with clear communication, timely coordination and adherence to best practices.
    • Support process improvement initiatives focused on enhancing talent acquisition effectiveness, speed and candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum 5-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the financial services industry
  • Able to attract candidates using various sources, such as social media networks, employee referrals, name generation, direct sourcing, and other internet tools.
  • Demonstrated capability in recruiting for a wide variety of roles and levels in multiple functions.
  • Strong capability in talent scouting, direct sourcing of candidates, assessing, hiring, and managing talent, as well as developing a high performing, diverse and sustainable talent pipeline.
  • Extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels.
  • Present themselves professionally and possess high ethical standards.
  • Experience with ADP WorforceNow a plus. Other Applicant Tracking Systems will be considered.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is between $81,700-134,730 annually. Actual base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Employees in this position may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus, 401(k) with an 6% employer match per pay period. Benefits for this position include Medical, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance, flexible paid time off and 11 paid holidays annually.
