About the Role

Recruiting for branch ambassador positions (equivalent to a teller role) and Market Manager/Brand Manager leadership roles across the East Coast through Texas. The role involves connecting with clients, building relationships, and educating on products and services. Focus on select markets to help clients strategically hire to fill projected growth.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients and help them strategically hire to fill markets.
• Strategically navigate change and understand client needs to execute hiring profiles.
• Think outside the box to challenge the status quo and bring in a higher level of talent.
• Deliver an amazing experience for both candidates and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (required).
• 2+ years of high-volume full-cycle corporate recruiting experience (12+ hires per month).
• Experience working in a dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail, great communication skills, and a proactive approach.
