About the role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – GTM (North America), you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by hiring top-performing sales talent across our North America business.

This is not a transactional recruiting role. You will operate as a strategic partner to Sales leadership, owning end-to-end execution of complex Account Executive and leadership hiring. You will be accountable for pipeline quality, hiring velocity, and conversion, ensuring we consistently land high-impact talent in a competitive market.

You will work in close partnership with Sales leaders, executive stakeholders, and external partners to deliver high-quality outcomes at pace. Our Talent Acquisition team goes beyond execution; we are critical partners to the business.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for Account Executives, Account Managers and Sales leadership roles across North America
  • Drive pipeline generation, candidate engagement, interview management, and offer execution
  • Maintain momentum across all roles, ensuring speed without compromising quality
  • Act as a trusted partner to North America Sales leadership
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers (RVP/AVP level) on hiring strategy, calibration, and decision-making
  • Challenge and align stakeholders where needed to ensure quality hiring outcomes
  • Provide clear market insight, candidate feedback, and risk assessment
  • Pipeline generation and proactive sourcing
  • Build and maintain high-quality pipelines of sales talent
  • Lead targeted sourcing strategies, including outbound engagement and referral activation
  • Work closely with internal sourcing teams and external partners to ensure consistent pipeline coverage
  • Ensure rigorous candidate evaluation aligned to Sitecore’s sales success profile
  • Improve interview discipline, calibration, and decision-making across stakeholders
  • Maintain a high bar for talent while enabling speed of hiring
  • Deliver a strong, consistent candidate experience from first engagement to offer
  • Position Sitecore effectively in a competitive hiring market
  • Own offer management and closing strategies to maximise acceptance rates
  • Drive quality and assessment standards
  • Execute discipline and reporting
  • Track pipeline health, hiring progress, and conversion across all roles
  • Provide clear, data-led updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and actions
  • Maintain high standards of ATS hygiene and process compliance
  • Identify and drive process improvements and use of AI/tech to increase efficiency, speed, and consistency in hiring

Requirements

  • 8+ years of recruitment experience; with strong focus on GTM / Sales hiring in North America
  • Proven track record hiring high-performing AEs and Sales leaders
  • Deep understanding of the enterprise SaaS / DXP / MarTech talent market
  • Strong sourcing capability - able to build pipelines, not just manage inbound
  • Ability to operate in a high-pressure, high-visibility environment
  • Credibility to influence senior stakeholders and challenge where needed
  • Data-driven approach to hiring, with strong execution discipline

Pay

The base salary for this role ranges from $120K to $140K, in addition to a 15% performance-based bonus.
