Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Leads full-cycle recruiting for complex, high-impact, and hard-to-fill roles with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
- Drives hiring strategy in partnership with business leaders, aligning talent acquisition plans with organizational goals and workforce needs.
- Serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and hiring managers, influencing hiring decisions through market insights and talent expertise.
- Designs and executes comprehensive sourcing strategies to build high-quality talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
- Develops and leverages talent networks, industry partnerships, and market intelligence to proactively attract top talent.
- Owns hiring outcomes by identifying risks, removing bottlenecks, and ensuring roles are filled efficiently and effectively.
- Leads offer strategy and negotiations, balancing candidate expectations with business objectives to successfully close candidates.
- Utilizes recruiting data and market insights to assess performance, identify trends, and inform hiring strategies.
- Led process improvement initiatives to enhance recruiting efficiency, scalability, and overall effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Six (6) or more years of relevant experience

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams and business units
- Strong problem solving and time management skills
- Excellent planning, organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-impact requisitions
- Ability to develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using a variety of tools, channels and professional networks
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with candidates and business leaders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
