Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Leads full-cycle recruiting for complex, high-impact, and hard-to-fill roles with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
  • Drives hiring strategy in partnership with business leaders, aligning talent acquisition plans with organizational goals and workforce needs.
  • Serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and hiring managers, influencing hiring decisions through market insights and talent expertise.
  • Designs and executes comprehensive sourcing strategies to build high-quality talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
  • Develops and leverages talent networks, industry partnerships, and market intelligence to proactively attract top talent.
  • Owns hiring outcomes by identifying risks, removing bottlenecks, and ensuring roles are filled efficiently and effectively.
  • Leads offer strategy and negotiations, balancing candidate expectations with business objectives to successfully close candidates.
  • Utilizes recruiting data and market insights to assess performance, identify trends, and inform hiring strategies.
  • Led process improvement initiatives to enhance recruiting efficiency, scalability, and overall effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Six (6) or more years of relevant experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams and business units
  • Strong problem solving and time management skills
  • Excellent planning, organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-impact requisitions
  • Ability to develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using a variety of tools, channels and professional networks
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with candidates and business leaders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
