About the role
The Talent Acquisition Consultant – Senior serves as a strategic partner to the Nursing Recruitment Team, managing the full life cycle recruitment process for our nursing departments. This full-time, day-shift role requires a hybrid presence from Monday through Friday, with on-site presence needed at our downtown Indianapolis office as needed.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive intake conversations with hiring leaders
- Design and post nursing positions
- Execute advanced sourcing strategies to identify both active and passive talent
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial screening to candidate selection and pre-hire preparation
- Apply total rewards strategies to develop market-competitive compensation packages
- Provide workforce planning analysis to ensure the right strategies are in place to secure top-tier talent
- Lead special projects using sophisticated sourcing techniques and project management
- Guide leaders in selecting the best talent while maintaining high standards for the candidate experience and offer process
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required, or equivalent years of experience
- Detailed knowledge of internet sourcing and recruiting strategies and practices
- Expert knowledge of compensation structures and experience applying processes and guidelines for internal and external candidate hires
- A knowledge and understanding of HR related regulations and laws (e.g. FLSA; COBRA; ADA; FMLA; etc.)
- Expertise and detailed knowledge in passive sourcing approaches, tools, and technologies
- Demonstrated success implementing sourcing strategies, process improvement initiatives, and measuring ROI
- Proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and an applicant tracking system
- 5-7 years of talent acquisition experience within a matrixed organization; healthcare setting preferred
- Nurse recruitment experience strongly preferred
Qualifications
