About the role

The Intermediate Talent Acquisition Consultant serves as a strategic partner to the Nursing Recruitment Team, managing the full life cycle recruitment process for our nursing departments. This role operates in a hybrid capacity from Monday through Friday, with on-site presence required at our downtown Indianapolis office as needed to support hiring initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive intake conversations with hiring leaders
  • Design and post positions
  • Execute advanced sourcing strategies to identify both active and passive talent
  • Manage the end-to-end process from initial screening and interview coordination to candidate selection and pre-hire preparation
  • Ensure a seamless experience for every new hire through their first day of employment
  • Apply total rewards strategies to develop market-competitive compensation packages that align with candidate expertise and organizational expectations
  • Provide workforce planning analysis to ensure the right strategies are in place to secure top-tier talent
  • Lead special projects as requested, focusing on sophisticated sourcing techniques and project management to meet the evolving needs of the nursing team
  • Guide leaders in selecting the best talent while maintaining high standards for the candidate experience and offer process

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required, or equivalent years of experience
  • Knowledge of compensation structures and experience applying processes and guidelines for internal and external candidate hires
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR related regulations and laws (e.g. FLSA; COBRA; ADA; FMLA; etc.)
  • Knowledge in passive sourcing approaches, tools, and technologies
  • Demonstrated success implementing sourcing strategies and process improvement initiatives
  • Proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and using an applicant tracking system
  • Experience with internet sourcing and recruiting strategies and practices

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience within a matrixed organization; healthcare setting preferred
