About the Role
Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports.
Design and implement ETL/ELT solutions (SSIS / Talend)
Create and optimize complex SQL / T-SQL queries, SSRS reports, and stored procedures
Support data migration and integration from legacy systems
Optimize SSIS package and SQL performance
Work closely with Business Analysts, users, and System Integrators across the SDLC
Implement data quality, reconciliation, error handling, and performance best practices
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports
- Design and implement ETL/ELT solutions (SSIS / Talend)
- Create and optimize complex SQL / T-SQL queries, SSRS reports, and stored procedures
- Support data migration and integration from legacy systems
- Optimize SSIS package and SQL performance
- Work closely with Business Analysts, users, and System Integrators across the SDLC

Requirements
- 10+ years overall IT experience
- 5+ years hands-on experience with Tableau
- 5+ years writing complex SQL / T-SQL
- Strong expertise in SSIS, SSRS, Talend
- Experience deploying SSIS packages, SQL Agent jobs, Git/version control
- Experience working with SQL Server, DB2, and other databases
