Senior Tableau Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Tableau Developer to transform complex data into clear, compelling visualizations and actionable business insights. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical BI expertise with business understanding, stakeholder communication, and data storytelling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in Tableau dashboard development, data visualization, BI solutions, and data storytelling
• 3+ years of experience integrating Tableau with Salesforce
• 5+ years of experience with Snowflake and other cloud data warehousing technologies
• Strong understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, data quality, and data integrity
• Experience with predictive analytics, forecasting models, and data-driven decision-making
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to present complex data and insights in a clear and business-friendly manner

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements
• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Tableau dashboards and reports
• Develop Tableau and Tableau Online solutions that align with business objectives
• Research and recommend innovative BI solutions and data visualization techniques
• Evaluate predictive analytics and forecasting models to support strategic planning
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across dashboards and reports
• Present findings and actionable insights to business stakeholders
• Conduct end-user training and provide supporting documentation
• Continuously refine BI strategies based on evolving business and project requirements
