Raytheon is seeking a Signals Analyst to join our Mission Systems Engineering team. This role requires strong analytical judgment, technical expertise in signal environments, and the ability to produce clear, actionable products.
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative solutions to address current tasking challenges and drive continuous process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness
- Analyze signals to identify patterns, anomalies, and value
- Perform signal processing and exploitation across communication systems
- Correlate signals with other sources to produce meaningful assessments
- Develop and maintain analytical reports, briefs, and documentation
- Utilize specialized tools and platforms to process and interpret signals data
- Collaborate with cross-functional and operational teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in signals analysis
- Experience with RF signals, communications systems, and network protocols
- Experience interpreting complex technical data, analytical thinking, and pattern recognition
- Experience engaging across teams, presentation, and reporting
- Experience integrating algorithms into operations or production software environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced technical training in signal processing and related disciplines
- Specific program domain knowledge
- Experience using analysis tools and environments such as MATLAB, Python (NumPy/SciPy/Pandas) or equivalent
- Experience with C/C++, Java or similar

Pay
The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
