Senior Systems Engineer (Onsite)

Responsibilities
- Operations and maintenance of complex software and hardware systems
- Report and document anomalous performance and interact with other team members to perform corrective actions
- Crosstrain in other assigned areas and assist with the training of other personnel on the contract team
- Support test and/or operational activities as necessary
- Work in elevated heights and safely lift 50 lbs
- Availability for non‑scheduled call‑ins required
- Work a rotating day/night shift schedule based on team needs (24/7 operations environment)
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship required (only U.S. citizens eligible for required security clearance)
- Active and transferable TS/SCI with CI Poly U.S. government issued security clearance required prior to start date
- Onsite position
- Primary work location: Guam (Alexandria, VA serves as base)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience
- Experience in SATCOM, IT Systems and/or RF test equipment
- Experience assigning tasks to meet technical objectives
