  • Develop and manage testable requirements and associated verification approaches, ensuring traceability through the entire engineering lifecycle.
  • Perform system architecture development, subsystem design, and detailed component/system analysis to ensure alignment with customer needs and technical performance.
  • Execute integration and test activities in-house or at site locations, including hardware/software integration, troubleshooting, and operational testing.
  • Develop and execute robust verification and validation plans, including automated test execution and data analysis using tools like Python, MATLAB, and other scripting languages.
  • Apply systems and software modeling and simulation tools to support design trade-offs, performance analysis, and risk mitigation.
  • Utilize DOORS to manage the complete life cycle of requirements, including Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Change Notices (CNs), and traceability to tests and verification results.
  • Attend and contribute to internal and external Configuration Control Boards (CCBs) to ensure effective configuration management.
  • Collaborate with Program and Customer Leadership, as well as cross-functional teams, to define and achieve program objectives.
