About the role

The Senior Systems Analyst, Cost & Receipt Accounting plays a crucial role in the financial "engine" of Anduril's supply chain. They are responsible for configuring, owning, and troubleshooting Oracle Fusion Cost Management and Receipt Accounting modules to ensure accurate financial data reflects real-time operational realities.

Responsibilities

  • System Configuration & Ownership: Manage cost books, valuation methods, and accounting rules in Oracle Fusion Cost Management and Receipt Accounting.
  • Sub-ledger Reconciliation: Direct the resolution of variances between the Receipt Accounting sub-ledger and the General Ledger, ensuring RBNI reports are accurate and automated.
  • Data Integrity & Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve stuck transactions, costing errors, and interface failures between CorpOS (ERP) and ArsenalOS (Manufacturing/Execution systems/WMS).
  • Cost Accounting Optimization: Define and maintain cost elements, overhead allocation rules, and cost components to ensure accurate COGS reporting and inventory valuation.
  • Compliance & Audit Support: Configure systems to meet DCAA and GAAP requirements, ensuring cost-plus and fixed-price contract accounting is handled with 100% auditability.
  • Release Management: Evaluate quarterly Oracle Fusion updates for impact on costing flows, perform regression testing on automated accounting entries before they hit production.
  • Process Engineering: Partner with Supply Chain and Manufacturing to ensure physical receiving workflows trigger the correct technical accounting events in the ERP.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Cloud Fusion solutions at manufacturing companies, with a preference for those in the Aerospace & Defense industry. DCAA & CPFF contracting experience is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of Transactional Accounting, including Receipt Accruals, Landed Cost Management (LCM), and Work-in-Process (WIP) costing. Strong understanding of the interplay between CRM, MES, WMS, and ERP systems.
  • Technical proficiency in writing SQL queries for data extraction and using OTBI for financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with government contracting accounting (CAS, FAR, DCAA) and how these requirements translate into ERP system settings.
  • Ability to map a complex physical supply chain into a digital accounting structure without losing data granularity.
  • Excellent business and technical communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to convey messages at the appropriate level of detail.
  • U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder status is required due to the need to access export-controlled data.
  • Full-time in-office position with the willingness to travel up to 25-50% to visit other sites.

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion modules such as Cost Management and Receipt Accounting.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle ERP.
  • Knowledge of government contracting accounting standards (CAS, FAR, DCAA).
  • Experience with data analytics tools and techniques.

Schedule
