Senior Systems Analyst

About the role

Help keep critical data reliable and improve support processes through collaboration and automation. Support data platforms, troubleshoot issues and manage escalations. Improve data quality, controls and support processes. Collaborate on system enhancements and AI-enabled support. Cover weekend on-call rotations and special project shifts.

Requirements

• 7+ years in financial services, with strong understanding of portfolio accounting, investment operations and investment record systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science or Engineering required.

Skills

• Advanced SQL and database troubleshooting.
• Experience with requirements, testing, design, development and Agile working.
• Hands‑on AI tool experience and prompt engineering familiarity.
• Python or another programming language highly desirable.
• CFA charter or progress towards one a plus.

Pay

Base salary range: USD 90,000 - 180,000; discretionary bonus and/or incentives if eligible.

Schedule

Full‑time work with 4 office days weekly and flexibility for 1 remote day.
