About the role

The Senior System Safety Engineer – HLS Program is responsible for ensuring that all system safety requirements are met throughout the lifecycle of the project. This includes conducting risk assessments, developing and implementing safety measures, and providing guidance to other team members.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
• Develop and implement safety measures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Provide guidance and training to team members on safety protocols
• Participate in project reviews and provide feedback on safety-related issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in system safety engineering
• Experience with risk assessment methodologies and tools
• Strong knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
