Senior Supportive Services Specialist - HRC

About the role

Provide comprehensive support services to individuals experiencing homelessness, focusing on housing stability and social integration.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in accessing necessary resources such as healthcare, employment, and legal aid.
• Coordinate with other service providers to ensure seamless support for clients.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance client self-sufficiency and independence.
• Conduct outreach activities to identify and engage potential clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in homelessness services or related field.
• Proven ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with case management software.
