Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across multiple high‑impact pillars — driving initiatives from concept through launch and scaled adoption.
- Work at the intersection of Business, Technology, and Operations to deliver measurable results in a space with significant executive visibility.
Requirements
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of supply chain experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience working cross‑functionally with tech and non‑tech teams
- Experience defining and executing program requirements
Qualifications
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

Pay
- USA, AZ, Tempe – $115,400.00 – $160,000.00 USD annually
- USA, CA, San Francisco – $126,900.00 – $181,400.00 USD annually
- USA, GA, Atlanta – $115,400.00 – $160,000.00 USD annually
- USA, IL, Chicago – $115,400.00 – $160,000.00 USD annually
- USA, MN, Minneapolis – $115,400.00 – $160,000.00 USD annually
- USA, TN, Nashville – $103,900.00 – $148,400.00 USD annually
- USA, WA, Bellevue – $115,400.00 – $160,000.00 USD annually
- Compensation includes base salary, sign‑on payments, and restricted stock units (RSUs).
