Senior Supply Chain Finance Manager

About the role
This highly visible role combines financial leadership with strategic business partnership, driving data-driven decision making, cost optimization, inventory management, and operational analytics. The Senior Supply Chain Finance Manager partners closely with Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance leadership to improve profitability and influence decisions across the organization while leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial analysis supporting production, distribution, inventory, and supply chain operations.
- Develop and maintain financial models evaluating supply chain strategies, costs, and operational initiatives.
- Partner with Supply Chain leadership to identify cost savings opportunities and improve financial performance.
- Serve as the primary finance business partner supporting Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain leaders.
- Develop customer, channel, and SKU profitability models to support pricing and commercial decision making.
- Lead Revenue Growth Management (RGM) analytics, including pricing, promotional effectiveness, and product mix optimization.
- Build executive dashboards and reporting that translate complex operational data into actionable business insights.
- Monitor KPIs related to inventory, freight, warehousing, working capital, and supply chain performance.
- Conduct gross margin, cost, and profitability analysis to support strategic pricing and operational decisions.
- Partner with IT to improve reporting capabilities, automation, and data management processes.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial planning activities for Supply Chain.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to increase profitability and service levels.
- Lead financial business case development for strategic initiatives and capital investments.
- Plan and support supply chain optimization projects across multiple business functions.
- Present financial results and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Perform additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience with significant exposure to Supply Chain Finance.
- Strong experience supporting manufacturing, operations, distribution, or supply chain organizations.
- Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical skills.
- Experience working with ERP systems and business intelligence/reporting tools.
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities with advanced Excel skills.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional leaders through financial insights and business partnership.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial information.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, freight, warehousing, and cost accounting concepts.
- Experience identifying process improvements and implementing operational efficiencies.
- Self-motivated with exceptional organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay
$150,000 - $165,000 base salary plus bonus.
