Senior Supply Chain Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Own order lifecycle: setup, shipment coordination, tracking, documentation, and settlement support
• Execute and monitor shipments in ERP systems; ensure accuracy and on-time delivery
• Partner with merchandisers and internal teams to support fulfillment and resolve issues
• Cookordination across supply chain, transportation, operations, finance, and other functions
• Communicate and resolve customer issues, supply gaps, and order exceptions
• Identify bottlenecks, prioritize opportunities, and collaborate across teams to improve efficiency and service levels
• Track KPIs (OTIF, order accuracy, etc.) and provide reporting/analytics
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation
• Escalate risks, execution issues, or service concerns to commercial and supply chain leadership
• Ensure compliance with risk, credit, and documentation requirements

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, order management, or operations
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in supply chain, business, ag, or related field
• Strong cross-functional coordination and problem-solving skills
• ERP/system experience and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Grain/agriculture industry experience
• Knowledge of contract execution, transportation, and settlements
• Experience with process improvement, KPI reporting, or automation

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, order management, or operations
• Additional qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in supply chain, business, ag, or related field

Skills

Pay

Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions.

Schedule

Hybrid role with at least three days per week on-site at our global corporate headquarters in Inver Grove Heights, MN
