L3Harris Technologies is seeking a dynamic Operations Management Supervisor to join our Camden, AR team.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with the team and run the daily SQDIP meetings.
- Conduct daily safety walks of areas.
- Manage the job functions for each team member and program.
- Plan the production for each week.
- Address all issues reviewed with team.
- Approve team member’s time.
- Review metrics for improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years prior relevant Operations Management experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related Operations Management experience.
