Senior Supervisor, Operations Management

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a dynamic Operations Management Supervisor to join our Camden, AR team.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the team and run the daily SQDIP meetings.
• Conduct daily safety walks of areas.
• Manage the job functions for each team member and program.
• Plan the production for each week.
• Address all issues reviewed with team.
• Approve team member’s time.
• Review metrics for improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years prior relevant Operations Management experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related Operations Management experience.
