Senior Supervisor, Maintenance

As a Senior Supervisor, Maintenance, you’ll lead skilled tradesmen, enforce safety regulations, and drive preventive maintenance programs using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). This full-time position offers a traditional Monday–Friday schedule and may include relocation assistance if applicable.

Responsibilities
- Interpret corporate policies, enforce safety regulations, and comply with contractual labor agreements.
- Maintain departmental attendance and overtime records.
- Keep management informed of progress, developments, and pending problems.
- Coordinate activities of skilled tradesmen and schedule work with other departments.
- Manage preventive maintenance programs and procedures using a CMMS.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, electrical, or civil engineering, or a business major in operations/facilities management with 5 years of supervisory experience; or 9 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and high-level oral/written communication skills.
- Familiarity with computer applications and/or controlled systems.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship (no Visa sponsorship available).
Preferred Qualifications
- Completion of recommended company-training programs.
- Knowledge of total productive maintenance principles.
- Familiarity with ISO/QS-9000 requirements and "Lean Manufacturing" principles.
Mental & Physical Requirements

Pay
$84,351 – $137,071 annually, plus a discretionary bonus plan.
