We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes many details: description, duties, responsibilities, qualifications, skills, benefits (tuition assistance, vacation, etc). No explicit Pay or Schedule info. So we should not include Pay or Schedule sections. Also we should not repeat job title. Use

for each section heading. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information, no boilerplate. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The posting includes some fluff like "We Invest in You!" etc. That's benefits. Also "A Different Kind Of Employer ..." maybe not needed but could be considered boilerplate? It's describing agency; maybe keep as part of About the role? Might be considered fluff but it's substantive about employer. Could include in About the role. We need to extract sections: About the role: description of role under assigned Director, responsibilities overview. Could be a paragraph summarizing. Responsibilities: list of essential duties and responsibilities (many bullet-like sentences). We'll turn into

    • . Requirements: maybe education, experience, certifications, licensure, other requirements (driving). Could be separate. Qualifications: maybe education, experience, etc. But we have overlapping. The posting has "Qualifications Education Master’s Degree Experience 2 to 5 years ...". Also "Certifications/Licensure". Also "Other Requirements". We'll combine into Requirements section. Skills: list of required skills (proficient computer skills, organized, etc). We'll put in Skills. Benefits: list of benefits (tuition assistance, vacation days, medical, dental, etc). We'll put in Benefits. We must not include Pay or Schedule. We need to ensure we don't include placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to remove duplicated lines. Ensure we preserve all substantive info. Let's craft. First, About the role: combine first paragraph(s) describing role. Original: "Job Description Under assigned Director, the Intensive Placement Stabilization, IPS Senior Supervisor is a licensed or licensed eligible professional responsible for providing a high-level of clinical oversight, operational leadership, supervision and mentorship to clinical supervisors, coordinators and leads. Responsibilities: list of essential duties and responsibilities (starting after "Essential Duties And Responsibilities"). We need to extract each bullet-like sentence. Adhere to an Evidence-Based/Informed program: ARC. - Additional Duties as Assigned. That's a lot; but we need to preserve all substantive info. However, many items are repetitive or overlapping. But we must keep them. We could group similar items but instructions: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." But we must preserve all substantive information; we can combine similar items into fewer list items? The instruction says do not invent or summarize away detail. Summarizing may be considered summarizing away detail. Better to keep each distinct duty as separate list item, even if many. But we must avoid duplication: there are duplicate lines like "Ensures adherence to contractual obligations with the funding source" appears twice. We should keep only one instance. Also "Provides oversight of on-call support after hours..." etc. We'll deduplicate. Now Requirements/Education/Experience/Certifications. From posting: "Qualifications Education Master’s Degree Experience 2 to 5 years of Intensive Placement Stabilization ( IPS) and leadership experience. With a degree in the field of Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related field. If the position requires driving, employees must maintain insurance coverage meeting OHU standards ($50,000/$100,000/$50,000 minimum for Bodily Injury and Property Damage." We'll make a Requirements section with list items: - Master’s Degree required. - 2 to 5 years of Intensive Placement Stabilization (IPS) and leadership experience. - Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related field. - Licensure/Certification: LPC, LSW, LCPC, or LCSW (licensed or license-eligible). - Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record (if driving is essential); must maintain insurance coverage meeting OHU standards ($50,000/$100,000/$50,000 minimum for Bodily Injury and Property Damage). Now Skills section: list of required skills. From posting after "Other Requirements" there is "Required Skills". Let's extract: - Proficient computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment and adaptive skills to expand software application skills
